Haute-couture designer Karl Lagerfeld has died aged of 85 at the American Hospital of Paris.
Chanel, where Lagerfeld was creative director, confirmed the death of the iconic couterier.
Lagerfeld died on Tuesday morning at the clinic in the Neuilly-sur-Seine area of the French capital, where he was admitted on Monday night. The cause of his death is not yet known.
